How do I know everything is enough? I don’t. So I guess it’s a choice.

I consider myself to be an artist. Always thinking about what’s next. How I can top myself. How I can reinvent myself. How I feel about things. How to let things go. Be finished. How to acknowledge I’ve created something worth cherishing. Or burning.

It’s hard to view each moment as an individual masterpiece. It’s a good reminder that the point of art isn’t always to observe stereotypical beauty. Art evokes a reaction. Art is just the awareness of a moment. Of how things relate. Of how you relate to your world.

It’s a choice to see yourself as an artist. One who isn’t afraid of their perspective. To give yourself the freedom to paint a picture of the moment at hand without judgement of its beauty or perfection.
